Account Security Controls

Two-step verification is available for all accounts. We also flag login attempts from unrecognised devices and send an immediate notification to your registered email or phone number so you can act before any damage is done.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for the statutory period required by applicable Indian financial regulations after closure. Once that window closes, data is deleted or anonymised — not archived indefinitely.

Your Right to Access and Correct

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. If something is wrong — a misspelled name or an outdated phone number — you can ask us to correct it and we will confirm the change within five working days.

No Sale of Personal Data
